
What is the D1 Visa (Subordinate Work Visa)?
The D1 visa is a residence visa for non-EU nationals who already have a valid job offer or signed employment contract with a Portuguese employer (i.e., subordinate work). Valid for up to 4 months (120 days) for entry into Portugal (two entries), during which you must apply for a residence permit in Portugal
Who is eligible?

Non-EU / non-EEA nationals must have a Portuguese employer offering a contract, generally for at least 12 months
