SSF – Safe Steps Forward Temporary Employment Agency, LDA does not arrange, provide, or assume responsibility for accommodation or transportation to and from the workplace for posted workers. Where accommodation or transportation is required or agreed upon as part of an assignment, the responsibility for arranging and/or providing such services shall be determined between the worker and the client, in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the relevant assignment. The fact that SSF does not provide or arrange accommodation or transportation does not imply that the client is required to provide these services free of charge. Any applicable costs, deductions, contributions or reimbursement arrangements must be clearly agreed in advance and comply with applicable Portuguese and EU legislation.
